Shipping policy

Products will typically ship within 24 hours of receiving an order (business days only).  Upon selecting our Flat Rate Ground shipping service products should arrive to most destinations in the continental US within 3-7 days of shipment.  Orders under $50 in total value will have a $10 shipping charge, orders $50 or over will have free shipping.  Orders will typically ship during business hours Mon.-Fri excluding Federal Holidays.  Products may be shipped Fedex, UPS, or USPS depending on the delivery location.  Customers will generally receive tracking for orders within 24 hours of shipment.  We apologize, but we are unable to offer shipment to countries other than the U.S. at this time.

Product not received

If you do not receive your product when carrier tracking says it has arrived please contact us as soon as possible at info@mohawkave.com so that we can open an investigation with the relevant carrier.
